Join us for the 16th annual Father’s Day 5K on Sunday, June 21, 2026!
People of all ages and abilities are invited to participate. Proceeds support the Cooperative Alliance for Seacoast Transportation, otherwise known as COAST. Thank you for helping our nonprofit provide public transit services for all!
About COAST:
COAST’s public transit network offers a reliable and affordable alternative to driving and maintaining a personal vehicle. The towns and cities connected by COAST’s public transit system are also economically, socially, and environmentally linked. Affordable housing, employment, social supports, and medical services are dispersed broadly across the Seacoast region, requiring travel between communities.
COAST is a common thread that offers everyone an affordable, reliable connection to the opportunities and services they need to succeed and thrive.

Sunday, June 21, 2025 at 9 a.m. at Homewood Suites in Dover, NH
Cost
Participation fee is $30 for adults and $15 for kids (ages 12 and under).
Same-Day registration is $40 for adults | $20 for kids
Early Bib pickup
Thursday, June 18 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Dover Chamber.
Bibs may also be picked up the morning of the race, after 8 a.m.
Dover Race Series Events
The Dover Race Series consists of ten races which take place over the course of the calendar year. Registered participants completing 6 out of 10, 5k races will receive a series jacket.
Ages will be determined as of January 1st. Female and Male winners in three age categories; Kids (14 & Under), Series (15-59) and a Senior Division (60 & Older).
Each race has a point value for each gender. First place finisher will receive 100 points with each finisher after receiving points based on percentage of winning time (If the winner ran the race in 15 min and you run it in 30 min you would receive 50 points Formula = [Your Time / Winning Time] X100. If a runner runs more than the 7 races their top 7 scores will be used for the final tally.
