Lace up your sneakers for the 13th annual Father’s Day 5K on Sunday, June 18, 2023.
People of all ages and abilities are invited to participate. Proceeds will help area residents access quality health and family support services at our community health centers.

Sunday, June 18, 2023 at 9 a.m. at Margarita's in Dover, NH.
Cost
Participation fee is $25 for adults and $5 for kids (ages 12 and under). Age-based pricing will be automatically applied at checkout. All event proceeds support our health care patients and family services clients.
Bibs & Shirts
All adult participants (13+) who register by June 1 will receive a runner's tank. Tanks will be available for pick up at the registration tables the morning of the race.
Awards
Awards will be given to the fastest runners based on age categories.
About Greater Seacoast Community Health
Greater Seacoast Community Health is a network of community health centers providing primary care, pediatrics, dental care, prenatal care, behavioral health counseling, substance use disorder treatment, mobile health services, WIC, social work services, a pharmacy, parenting classes, playgroups and home visiting. The network includes Families First Health & Support Center in Portsmouth, Goodwin Community Health and Lilac City Pediatrics in Somersworth. Dover Race Series Events
The Dover Race Series consists of ten races which take place over the course of the calendar year. Registered participants completing 6 out of 10, 5k races will receive a series jacket.
Ages will be determined as of January 1st. Female and Male winners in three age categories; Kids (14 & Under), Series (15-59) and a Senior Division (60 & Older).
Each race has a point value for each gender. First place finisher will receive 100 points with each finisher after receiving points based on percentage of winning time (If the winner ran the race in 15 min and you run it in 30 min you would receive 50 points Formula = [Your Time / Winning Time] X100. If a runner runs more than the 7 races their top 7 scores will be used for the final tally.
