Spring is right around the corner, Dover! Get hyped for the 11th anniversary of Dover Main Street's Run Before You Crawl 5k road race & restaurant crawl, kicking off the 2025 Dover Race Series in epic fashion on Saturday, March 8! 🎉🏃‍♂️

Downtown Dover will be alive with energy as runners gear up for the race, and guess what? It's St. Paddy's Day Weekend, adding an extra dash of luck and fun to the festivities!

The action starts at 9 am sharp with the National Anthem ringing out, followed by a thrilling shotgun start. And this year, they're shaking things up with a new course location! Head 2 blocks north to 4th Street for a challenge-packed route. Prepare for twists and turns along the way, including the notorious Prospect Street hill to Washington Street. It's all about pushing your limits and conquering those obstacles!

After the race, keep the energy flowing because at 11 am, we're turning this event into the ultimate downtown St. Paddy's Day weekend restaurant crawl! 🍀🎉 With a $25 wristband, you'll unlock a world of deliciousness, including free appetizers and discounted drinks galore! Plus, keep an eye out for the elusive lucky leprechaun—he's quicker than the Energizer Bunny on caffeine!

And that's not all—every stop on the crawl earns you a stamp, and each stamp is your ticket to glory in our epic raffle! Dozens of downtown businesses are offering up their finest goodies, from gift cards to jaw-dropping prizes!

The Dover Middle School Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is excited to announce the DMS Pumpkin Dash 5k is back! The event is taking place on Sunday, October 23, 2022 and it is the 9th race in the Dover Race Series, sponsored by Mass General Brigham Wentworth-Douglass Hospital.

Father’s Day 5K is a fundraiser for Families First Health & Support Center, Goodwin Community Health, and Lilac City Pediatrics, the 12th Annual Father's Day 5K will begin at Margaritas in Dover, NH at 9 a.m. Gift cards will be awarded to the top overall male and female finishers and the top two male and female finishers in each age group.

The 39th annual Red’s Race for a Better Community will take place on Saturday, April 16th, 2022 in Downtown Dover. The event is open to anyone who wants to run or walk to raise money for three local non-profits who provide important services in Strafford County. These non-profits are Community Action Partnership of Strafford County, Seymour Osman Community Center, and Woodman Park Parent Teacher Organization. The race is 5 miles for runners and 2.4 miles for walkers. Registration will begin at 8am on April 16th and the race will begin at 10am.
