Ghoul it up at the 2024 Dover Middle School Pumpkin Dash 5K, Sunday, October 27, 2024, 8:30 am as the 9th race in the Dover Race Series

No bones ☠️ about it, the Pumpkin Dash 5K will be Spook-tacular👻!

At the DMS Pumpkin Dash 5K, we are bringing the community together for fitness and fun with cash prizes, a costume contest, live music, and more! Whether you are dashing or monster mashing to the finish line, this race is open to community members of all ages and fitness levels. It’s sure to be a howl-ing good time!

Speaking of spooky - middle school can be a challenging time socially and emotionally. By joining us for the Pumpkin Dash 5K you are directly helping to provide classroom materials, programs, and experiences to enrich the school environment for DMS students, teachers, and families. Historically, programs such as the DMS anti-bullying and the author in residence have been funded in part by the proceeds of the Pumpkin Dash 5k.

New for 2024: we’re having a costume contest! Join us for this family-friendly community event for a good cause!
