At the DMS Pumpkin Dash 5K, we are bringing the community together for fitness and fun with cash prizes, a costume contest, live music, and more! Whether you are dashing or monster mashing to the finish line, this race is open to community members of all ages and fitness levels. It’s sure to be a howl-ing good time!
Speaking of spooky - middle school can be a challenging time socially and emotionally. By joining us for the Pumpkin Dash 5K you are directly helping to provide classroom materials, programs, and experiences to enrich the school environment for DMS students, teachers, and families. Historically, programs such as the DMS anti-bullying and the author in residence have been funded in part by the proceeds of the Pumpkin Dash 5k.

Father's Day 5k is June 19 - register now!

Father’s Day 5K is a fundraiser for Families First Health & Support Center, Goodwin Community Health, and Lilac City Pediatrics, the 12th Annual Father's Day 5K will begin at Margaritas in Dover, NH at 9 a.m. Gift cards will be awarded to the top overall male and female finishers and the top two male and female finishers in each age group.
Red’s Race for a Better Community – 5 mile run and 2.4 mile walk in Dover on April 16th

The 39th annual Red’s Race for a Better Community will take place on Saturday, April 16th, 2022 in Downtown Dover. The event is open to anyone who wants to run or walk to raise money for three local non-profits who provide important services in Strafford County. These non-profits are Community Action Partnership of Strafford County, Seymour Osman Community Center, and Woodman Park Parent Teacher Organization. The race is 5 miles for runners and 2.4 miles for walkers. Registration will begin at 8am on April 16th and the race will begin at 10am.

SMA 5k Set For Saturday, April 9th

Saint Mary Academy will host their 9th annual SMA 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, April 9 with a 9:00 am start.
As part of the Dover Race Series, SMA race coordinators are looking forward to hosting the SMA 5k that takes runners through historic downtown Dover and the Dover Community Trail.
